We got this deck finished up for a customer this week. Started with busting up existing concrete that was cracked and settling. Poured concrete footings, notched 6x6 posts and built with 2x10 joists on 12" centers and hangers. Very sturdy and should have no problem holding the potted plants and whatever else the homeowner decides to put on it! Stopped by this morning and cleaned up the busted concrete and raked the dirt out.

Most plumbers are backed up and it may be a while before they get to you so if you or someone you know is having issues please message me. We've got some cold Temps coming in the next few days. That means alot of folks are going to experience busted water lines. If you have any trouble with your pipes freezing and busting message us! In most cases we can get the lines fixed on the spot, or at the very least get your water turned off until the right materials can be acquired. We also install new crawl space doors to help cut down on drafts. We can wrap waterlines or even install heat tape.

We hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year. We are ready to get back at it and are now scheduling projects for the rest of January. Everything from honey do's to larger remodeling projects. Changed out a couple exterior doors today for some folks, and sealed one up. Really changed the look of the home.

Some of you may know that my wife and I recently had twin boys! For that reason I have taken a break from larger projects, but would very much like to continue with small projects through the holiday season! Some things we do that you may not know about are changing out light fixtures/outlets, etc. Changing faucets, water heaters, installing new appliances, patching drywall, painting, weather stripping on doors, hanging christmas lights, cleaning gutters, roof repair, and so much more.
