I’m pleased to announce Sean Marsh will be joining the Service team as VP of Service Projects. Sean has been with JRC Mechanical since 2015 and the VP of Business Development while overseeing the project estimating needs of both the Construction and the Service teams. As we enter 2024, JRC Services, LLC has a record backlog in projects and Sean will oversee our project teams while continuing to lead the project estimating efforts. This is a great opportunity for Sean to continue to grow as a leader and help the Service team continue to grow and be successful.

Over the last decade JRC Mechanical has grown from an $8M plumbing business to an almost $90M full mechanical contracting business while becoming one of the most respected specialty contractors in Virginia. We have been honored to be part of the team with some great General Contractors on several marquis projects including The Virgina Cavalier, ICON in Norfolk, Norfolk Premium Outlet Mall, Princess Anne Middle School, The Virginia Beach Sportsplex, and the Rivers Casino in Portsmouth not to mention the other numerous healthcare, educational, manufacturing, hospitality, and Federal projects we have been a part of. Over the last five years we have also grown a strong Service business which is quickly approaching $25M in revenue and serves hundreds of customers in the Hampton Roads and Central Virginia areas. During that time, we’re extremely proud that our Experience Modification Ratio has decreased from a 0.98 to 0.62 which is a testament to our commitment to Safety and taking care of our team members. As we continue to prosper and move forward, it is time for new leadership to take us to the next level. I am pleased to announce on behalf of our board that Nathan Berryman is being promoted to President of JRC Mechanical, LLC in line with our succession plan. Nathan has been an instrumental part of our growth over the last decade and has been increasingly taking on more responsibilities in preparation for this promotion.
