Happy Spring! With warm weather brings more work and McDaniels is looking to expand their team. We are seeking a reliable, hard worker who is willing to learn and grow with the company.

Experience in construction is ideal, but we are open to training someone new to the industry. The position will be focused on roofing and other small repairs, as well as gutter and metal roof installs. Our minimum requirements include having reliable transportation and good work ethic.

Check out this beautiful reroof completed by the McDaniels Team! This is what we like to call an “all hands on deck job” and it was handled perfectly start to finish by all team members.

These Certainteed Grand Manor Luxury shingles provide the depth and dimension of a natural slate roof. Paired with the custom fabrication and installation of all new copper flashing really brings out the style of these homeowners. Everything was replaced including 6 skylights with all new custom-made curbs. This was one of the largest reroofs we have taken on clocking in at 7 days of nonstop working including a difficult removal of cedar shakes.

Nothing makes me happier during a busy workday than hearing from a satisfied customer:
