We're making excellent progress on our Roxbury Ambulance project for the Town of Roxbury!

Nosal Builders recently completed interior renovations at Bennett Hall at Wesleyan University , reconfiguring the common area by swapping the locations of the existing kitchen and laundry room to create a larger, more functional kitchen and gathering space.

The project also included reworking an existing bar-height countertop into a more accessible sitting-height surface, making better use of the space and creating a more welcoming area for students.

Additional architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades were completed throughout the renovated spaces.

Nosal Builders recently delivered exterior improvements at the Root Center for Advanced Recovery's Weston Street location, including building exterior upgrades, a renovated parking area, pedestrian walkways, outdoor seating areas, Kingspan canopies with XC lighting, and new fencing. These improvements enhanced the facility’s appearance while improving accessibility, safety, and the overall functionality of the site for patients, staff, and visitors.

With the carport canopies going up, our project at Bradley International Airport is starting to take shape. The protective canopies are being constructed to better support travelers, rideshare drivers, and airport operations.

Today marked a milestone as the City of Waterbury - Mayor's Office held the ribbon cutting of the newly renovated Fire Station No. 1.

As the general contractor, it was an honor to help bring this important project to completion alongside the Waterbury Fire Department, Waterbury Development Corporation , and Silver / Petrucelli + Associates. We're grateful for the collaboration that made this project possible and proud to have delivered a facility that will support the Waterbury Fire Department's operations and the vital services they provide to the community.
