Now Hiring: Foreman – Lawn Care, Hardscape & Outdoor and Outdoor Pest Control
Are you an experienced lawn care professional with skills in hardscaping and outdoor pest control? Clearview Property Maintenance is looking for a motivated Foreman to lead our crew in delivering top-quality property maintenance services.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and participate in lawn care, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization
• Manage hardscaping projects, such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and drainage solutions
• Perform outdoor pest control services for mosquitoes and ants
• Train and supervise crew members to ensure quality workmanship
• Maintain equipment and ensure job sites are clean and safe
• Communicate with clients and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in lawn care, hardscaping, or pest control
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
• Experience operating mowers, trimmers, skid steers, and hardscaping tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
• Pest control certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus but not required
