Lil bit of everything this summer.
It’s been a busy one at Turner Refrigeration, and our crews have been hard at work across Vermont.
We’re currently completing one of the state’s largest refrigeration modernization projects, retrofitting one of Vermont’s premier food co-ops from R404A to a state-of-the-art CO₂ refrigeration system while converting self-contained equipment to high-efficiency R290 systems, upgrading office HVAC equipment to lower-GWP R32 technology, and implementing a Flexible Load Management program designed to reduce energy demand during peak events.
At the same time, we’re installing a new CO₂ refrigeration system for a major expansion at the Vermont Foodbank’s Brattleboro facility, helping support its growing capacity to serve communities across the state.
Beyond that, our teams are piping a large independent grocer in Danville, completing refrigeration work for a bakery in Middlesex, installing high-efficiency R290 refrigeration systems for a general store in Calais and a farm operation in Royalton, preparing orchards in Shoreham for the upcoming apple harvest, and continuing to provide 24/7 service and support for major supermarket chains and refrigerated facilities throughout the region.
From neighborhood markets and family farms to food processors, cold storage facilities, food banks, and some of the region’s largest supermarket chains, we’re proud to help keep Vermont’s food supply cold, efficient, and reliable.
If you’re looking for a dedicated, family-owned refrigeration contractor with the experience to design, build, install, and service your refrigeration systems, look no further than Turner Piping & Refrigeration.
If you need it cold, we can build it.
