Since our last update in March, the Ultimate Framing team has framed 424 homes, condos, and apartment units.

We’ve also grown to 42 framing crews, with each crew averaging one home or unit every 1.5 weeks.

It’s been a busy few months, and we’re incredibly proud of what our crews continue to accomplish. We’ve been on full blast, and we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.

A huge thank you to our employees, subcontractors, builders, and partners for helping make it all possible.

Pretty incredible craftsmanship here by Jaden Geck. This is the first free-floating circular staircase he’s built, and aside from a little guidance from his dad, he completed the entire project himself after work in the evenings.

The amount of detail, precision, and patience that goes into something like this is unreal. It’s more than just a staircase, it’s a true piece of craftsmanship and artwork. Huge respect for the dedication and talent behind this build.

This winter definitely tested us, but UFC rose to the challenge. Since the start of January to the end of February, we’ve kicked off 72 new builds totaling 115 units. Our crews showed incredible resilience pushing through the cold, snow, and tough conditions, and we couldn’t be more proud of our team. With warmer weather on the way and some big projects ahead this year, we’re excited to keep the momentum going and break even more UFC records. Thank you all, and God bless!
