⛳️🏌️‍♂️Aspire Construction Golf Day 2026 🏌️‍♀️⛳️

This past Friday, our office hit the links to see who the best golfer is, who could get the best poker hand, who could hit the longest drive with a trash can driver (IYKYK), and who doesn’t mind a little cold rain.

Grant Krueger is definitely the best golfer.
Jake Becher had the best poker hand.
Matthew Reed won the longest drive with the trash can driver.
Isabella Wilson doesn’t mind a little cold rain. (Best picture of the day!)

The golf rules were simple. You could choose to play scratch golf, bogey golf or double bogey golf. For each hole that you hit your goal, you received a card. The player with the best hand for each 9 holes was the winner.

Although it was a little rainy at times, the Aspire Team had a great time on the course. There were some amazing golf shots, lots of laughs and plenty of encouragement to go around.

Monthly Superintendent Meeting At Aspire Construction.

This month’s topic. SOIL!
Specifically Site preparation with control points & Benchmarks to ensure that correct footing height.

Every project needs to be laid out accurately and all field measurements reference the correct control points.

Most job sites require geotechnical reports which will give you the information you need to ensure your build is going to last the test of time. Moisture content, soil compaction, fill material needed etc…

Long story short, there’s a lot to learn about soil!
