⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING – Richmond’s New Must-Try!
We had the pleasure of attending Friends & Family Night at The Granite Grill & Bar tonight and were blown away from the moment we walked in. Richmond just gained an incredible new restaurant!
The interior of the restaurant is absolutely stunning. The moment you walk in, you can see how much thought went into every design choice. The warm wood tones, rich leather seating, beautifully curated lighting, and tasteful artwork create an upscale yet inviting atmosphere. Even the subtle architectural details, from the ceiling treatments to the open kitchen and stylish fixtures, make the space feel modern, refined, and incredibly comfortable. It’s truly one of the most beautifully designed restaurants in Richmond.
The service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to make sure our experience was perfect. You can clearly see the pride and care that’s gone into opening this place.
And the food... WOW! Everything we tried was phenomenal. The crab dip was one of the best I have ever had; rich, flavorful, and served with a fun twist of crispy wonton chips. My well-done filet came out perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The red wine demi-glace that accompanied it took it over the top. My husband’s rockfish was moist, tender, and beautifully seasoned. The lemon beurre blanc sauce was bright, velvety, and absolutely delicious. The fried calamari, Caesar salad, and side dishes were all equally impressive.
We finished with dessert and those were just as spectacular. The brownie sundae was so good you’d never know it was gluten-free, and the sticky toffee pudding tasted just like a warm, decadent Heath candy bar. The perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.
The Granite Grill & Bar is going to be a huge hit in Richmond. Exceptional food, thoughtful service, gorgeous atmosphere... everything about our evening was flawless. We will absolutely be back, and we’ll be bringing friends. Highly, highly recommend!
