We had the opportunity to reconnect with our roots on this elevated pine deck installation.

This deck measures 10' x 20' and sits 10' above grade, so strength and safety were the top priorities.

Frame details:
Triple 2x10 beams direct-bearing on 6x6 posts
2x10 joists 16" O.C.
DTT1Z deck tension ties installed 32" O.C.
4x4 rail posts fully blocked and fastened with 5" LedgerLOK bolts
