I have always had a passion for lawn care even as a kid. I’ve always enjoyed doing lawn care and working on lawn equipment ever since my grandfather(Allen Haney) started teaching me about and how to work on small engines when I was 9 years old. He would show me how to do everything needed to our lawn mowers and other equipment and he and my dad began to teach me cut grass. I quickly began to enjoy doing it all. After becoming a firefighter/EMT while living in GA, I finally decided to take the leap and start my own professional lawn care company which I enjoyed doing very well. I owned/operated it from 2009-2015 until I closed the doors to that business to move to Cheyenne, Wy. My first job after moving to Cheyenne was with a document destruction company called A Thru Z Document Destruction. I worked there until I shipped off to go to Basic Military Training for the Air Force. I joined the Wyoming Air National Guard as a firefighter to get back into firefighting and have loved every minute of it. While I was away for training, A Thru Z was sold and closed its doors as that company name and opened as a new name. After getting back from training, I was blessed with the opportunity to open my lawn care business doors back up and was trying to decide on a name. I talked with the owners of A Thru Z Document Destruction which over the year and half that I worked there, I became close to and felt like family. I liked the way A Thru Z Lawn Care sounded and ran it by them to get there blessing for me to call my business that. They liked it and thought it was nice that I even considered that. The A Thru Z name meant and means a lot to me because it was part of my beginnings in Cheyenne WY and I will forever be grateful for that family who took a chance on me and whom became to me a family away from family. I am proud to carry on the A Thru Z name and strive to keep it a positive name in the community of Cheyenne and hopefully in the future surrounding areas. Thanks to all my customers so far!! Things have gone far beyond my expectations for my first year in business!!
