Laurie's mainline had been backing up for three days. By Saturday morning, Laurie had had enough.
Nothing in the house would drain—not the kitchen sink, not the shower, not the toilets. She called Aspen Mountain Plumbing Cheyenne, WY, described the smell, the gurgling, the slow creep of water she couldn't explain, and asked how bad it was going to be.
Kane arrived on a cold Cheyenne winter Saturday, introduced himself with a warm smile, and got to work. He fed sixty feet of steel cable into a pipe most homeowners pretend doesn't exist, pushed it through three days of failure, and dragged out the kind of blockage nobody asks to see twice. Then he ran the camera anyway—because Kane doesn't guess, he confirms. The line was clean. The house could breathe again.
He walked Laurie through what he'd found, answered every question she had, and headed back to his truck. He was checking his phone when the notification came through—a five-star review, posted before he'd even pulled out of the driveway. "Kane was prompt & very friendly & knows his stuff," Laurie wrote. "Great sense of humor as well. Thanks again Kane for getting us all fixed up. Your Awesome Mr. Reliability!!!"
Kane read it twice, pocketed his phone, and started the engine. That cold Cheyenne Saturday just got a lot warmer.
Thank you, Laurie. And thank you to all of the wonderful homeowners like Laurie who trust Aspen Mountain Plumbing as their go-to plumber!
