Design inspiration for the kitchen & living room.

When it comes to hardware and fixtures, which team are you on?

Going for an overall lighter, more modern organic look with this build. I put together these inspiration boards for each room to share with our buyers before I went and selected samples. Then we had a design meeting to finalize selections 🙌🏼

I can’t wait to see this all come to life!

✓ Exterior stone is on
✓ Concrete patios & driveway poured
✓ Plumbing & electrical rough-in complete
✓ Insulation is in

Up next:
• Drywall is currently going up
• Front porch will be built soon
• Garage doors will be painted black 🖤

We also get to meet with our buyers tomorrow to finalize finishes! We’ll share the inspiration for the interior design and then the finished product.

Our current Gray Wolf build is officially Under Contract! We are so excited to work with our buyers to customize this barndo to match their vision.

I love seeing my inspiration come to life, little by little! Can’t wait for drywall to see how these guys turn out 🥹 They will have hand-crafted floating wood shelves and a matching fireplace mantel!

Ok Wolf Pack… we’re in The Design Den and we need your help!

If we were to upgrade the appliance package in our current build, which would you choose?

A) 36” range/oven combo (all-in-one statement piece)�😎 30” gas cooktop + double wall oven (more flexibility + oven space)

Both options would have our standard custom-built hood over the range.

You asked and we answered!

Our new build will have two 10’x10’ garage doors and one 12’x14’ garage door!

We appreciate everyone’s feedback on our previous Gray Wolf build, that a 12’ shop door just wasn’t going to cut it for full-size RVs. So we went back to our engineer and had them increase the height of the sidewalls in the shop from 14ft to 16ft, allowing us to add the 14ft garage door.
