Cabworks Custom Elevators is proud to highlight one of our CabArray Performer projects at the City of Henderson City Hall located in Henderson, Nevada. This multi-phase project features a four-story, cast-in-place concrete structure, a sleek aluminum and glass curtain wall system, a connecting bridge linking City Hall to a six-story parking garage, and a garage structure utilizing post-tensioned slabs and beams with cast-in-place concrete shear walls. We had the pleasure to partner with our good friends at Otis Elevator Co, on this cab project.

Owned by American Campus Communities, this premier off campus student housing community is minutes from the University of Michigan campus and offers a wealth of amenities and aesthetic nuances that create an unbelievable student living experience. Apache Blvd., in Tempe, Arizona, just steps away from the Arizona State University campus. This 15-story, 289-unit high-rise is owned by LV Collective, Kayne Anderson Real Estate and Pacific Life, and offers students a dynamic living space complete with a full complement of amenities to fit their lifestyles. Cabworks partnered with our good friends at Otis Elevator Co to deliver exceptional results on this project.

Cabworks Custom Elevators is extremely proud to showcase one of our CabArray Contempo projects at Mercy Hospital Southwest in Bakersfield, California, owned by Dignity Health. The newly constructed four-story, 106-bed Thomas M. Hardt Tower addition doubles the campus’s inpatient capacity and includes new critical care services. The tower’s interior design was inspired by the areas surrounding ecosystem, reflecting the landscape, flora, and water. Cabworks was pleased to partner with our good friends at Otis Elevator Co, to create a cab environment that connected with the overall design objective.
