New LVP floor. Existing floor had a sleeper system, had to spend 12 hrs leveling the floor by hand due to age and the conduit. Quite the challenging change order to say the least. Customer was extremely happy I could fix the problems while they were away on vacation in England.

Received a request for a paint grade mantle. Used a simple, classic style and did some sketches to make sure it wasn't going to be too big. Customer was quite happy. Used Benjamin Moore Advanced semi-gloss, which helps give it such an amazing finished look.

Refinishing of a 100 year old front door. Complete strip, stain and sealed. Been using Old Masters products for my jobs and I can't recommend them enough. Used Espresso Gel Stain and Ascend Exterior Finish as a top coat.

Customer needed extra room for their laundry and wanted to close it off to the living space. Due to space constraints, built a box beam header out of 20 gauge steel and matched the flooring perfectly where the returns previously were.
