A Quick Message to Our Customers, Friends, and Supporters
First and foremost, we want to sincerely thank every customer who has trusted Ignite Chimney & Fireplace Co. over the years. Your support has allowed us to build a company that we are incredibly proud of.
Recently, it was brought to our attention that honestly left us scratching our heads. When searching for “Ignite Chimney and Fireplace Company” on Google, a sponsored advertisement appears for another company, Vertical Chimney, using the name “Ignite Chimney” in the ad.
As you can see in the screenshot below, someone apparently felt that the best way to attract customers was to advertise under OUR business name and then direct people to THEIR website.
Now, we’re choosing to take this with a sense of humor.
After all, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right?
We have spent years building our reputation through hard work, quality craftsmanship, honest service, and earning the trust of homeowners throughout Chicagoland. So while it’s certainly disappointing to see another company using our name in an attempt to attract clicks, we also can’t help but feel a little honored that they believe the Ignite name carries enough value to help market their own business.

✅ We have never authorized anyone else to advertise using our company name.

What makes us most proud isn’t our logo, our website, or even our company name. It’s the fact that our reputation was earned one customer at a time. No amount of advertising can replace that.
