Completed a wooden deck project on a three story 6 deck stairway structure in the West Town neighborhood. Applied a liquid wood brightener to restore the natural color of the cedar and remove stains caused by mildew, tannin, and dirt, pressure washed it and then applied a clear coat sealer to the entire structure.

Completed a project in the West Walker/Irving Park neighborhood. This one involved two 2 story wooden stairways. One needed to be painted and one needed to be stained. Both ceilings were painted and both structures were pressured washed. Color match on the painted stairs and Tavern Oak semi transparent stain on the bare wood stairs and decks. Classy!

Finished a large project in the West Town neighborhood. Grinded, primed and painted a four story stairway structure with two spiral stairways on the top floor and six decks. Color matched the exterior silver and painted the railings on 7 front decks and painted the ground level fencing in the back, side and front of the building.
