Matt Luby, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Construction Management
Matt enjoys the problem-solving and teamwork that come with construction and is eager to gain hands-on project experience this summer. Outside of work, he enjoys lifting and catching a movie.
Reid Gentry, University of Tennessee Knoxville, Architecture
Reid is passionate about seeing design come to life in the field and understanding how collaboration drives successful projects. Outside of work, he’s a musician who performs around Chicago.
Olena Romantsova, Illinois Institute of Technology, Architectural Engineering
Olena enjoys working in the field, developing her leadership skills, and gaining firsthand project experience. She’s also passionate about encouraging more women to pursue careers in construction.

Matthew enjoys seeing projects progress from start to finish and is looking forward to building his field experience. Outside of work, he’s into cars, golf, and driving a manual.
