The homeowner in this historical part of Oak Park needed to follow the building requirements of the neighborhood. Fisher Garages provided Hardie Board and stucco siding to this huge two-and-a-half car 24’ x 24’ structure to satisfy those demands. The result is a beautiful building that includes dual entrances from both alley and side driveway, adding an eye-pleasing garage that enhances the entire neighborhood.

This Addison homeowner learned a sad lesson when he hired an inexperienced builder: the framing collapsed during a heavy wind and the builder took off with his money. Fisher Garages to the rescue. Fisher hauled away the mess and created a new 20’ x 22’ two-and-a-half car hip-roof garage. The sparkling white Bristol Bay vinyl siding is set off by the Desert Tan Owens Corning architectural shingles and top-quality brown insulated overhead door matched with aluminum soffit, fascia and gutters. A vinyl slider window and fiberglass entry door with entry and deadbolt locks are also trimmed in brown for a striking contrast look for a garage that is everything the owner could have wished for—and will be for a long, long time.

City garages can be difficult to maneuver, set on narrow lots off crowded alleys. This Chicago Irving Park garage benefitted from a new 20’ x 22’ two-and-a-half car structure with a hip roof and an 18-foot wide overhead door. Fisher Garages also included super-hard Diamond Drive concrete slab for years of easy-rolling use. Aluminum trim around doors and window, together with aluminum soffit, fascia and gutters mean a worry-free garage that looks as good as it works.

Fisher Garages had to get creative when designing this two-car, 18’ x 20’ garage, as it had to be built on top of a retaining wall and blend into this Bucktown yard. The solution was to create a two-level raised patio in the yard, now served by the garage back wall’s entry and 6’ x 7’ party door. Attractive aluminum soffit, fascia and door trims create an eye-catching structure that will oversee many enjoyable backyard events.
