Charter Next Generation brings Solar Shrink TIF to growers looking to get the most out of every acre. Solar Shrink TIF is a fumigation tarp, the film placed over raised beds before planting to contain soil fumigants and protect surrounding areas. Independently tested to EPA standards, it achieved near-zero fumigant permeability, earning the EPA's highest fumigant tarp credit: a 60% buffer-zone reduction for major fumigation scenarios. California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) has issued the same 60% credit.

That means more plantable acreage and greater compliance flexibility as regulations continue to tighten. It also qualifies at a film thickness among the thinnest on the CA DPR approved list, so there is less per acre to haul and dispose of at season end.

Getting more out of every acre starts with keeping fumigants where they work best, in the soil.
