Upon thorough inspection, we discovered that a subterranean collision with a light pole had caused severe damage to the sewer pipe. To address this, we strategically excavated the parking lot area to identify the problem point using our specialized camera equipment. Once the specific point was determined, we promptly rerouted the pipe using a sturdy 8-inch clay pipe. We were contacted by a customer initially when their kitchen line started backing up. Upon investigation, we found that the issue stemmed from a rotted piece of cast iron pipe. To resolve the problem, we excavated in the hallway and replaced the faulty pipe with an exceptional-quality Sch 40 PVC. Afterward, we needed to clear the residual buildup; hence we thoroughly hydro jetted the line, followed by a sewer camera inspection to ensure no future issues. Lastly, we re-concreted the floor, returning it to its original state. We were glad to help our customer and create a permanent fix for their plumbing problem.
