DSI is excited to announce the start of a new project at Harbor Point, one of Chicago’s most recognizable residential towers located at 155 N. Harbor Drive.

This phased renovation will revitalize each floor, bringing refreshed environments and updated finishes throughout the property. We’re proud to partner with Harbor Point and Ware Malcomb as this transformation takes shape and look forward to sharing progress along the way.
