An approximately 42,000 Square Foot, 2-story, medical office building consisting of 48 exam rooms, 21 Oncology treatment bays, Imaging services, and Laboratory Services. This building also includes Endoscopy consisting of 2 procedure rooms, 6 pre/post rooms, and 2 General Procedure rooms. The space was designed to provide access to natural light and views of nature. The design promotes a warm welcome and personalized experience with modern touches.

Jensen and Halstead had the pleasure of working with Ronald McDonald House Charities and Advocate Aurora Health on their new family room at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. The space serves families of patients in the NICU by providing respite, hospitality and immediate access to their hospitalized child. It includes a large kitchen area, a living room space and four private sleep rooms each with their own bathroom.
