For the last two and half years, Eagle Capital Projects, LLC has been representing Franciscan Outreach in their adaptive reuse of a 45,000 square foot manufacturing facility into a non-congregate shelter supported by the City of Chicago's Departments of Housing and Planning and Development. We haven't crossed the goal line, but we're in the red zone. This will be a great asset for the community.

I’d like to see AI make a self-crippling-doubt-inducing sized bet on a project that requires means and methods it’s not familiar with in a city with Chicago-like zoning and permitting requirements.

Passed the last of the rough inspections today. Onward and upward.
