The first step? Leveling the floor.
We removed of the existing tile and are preparing to pour a quick-dry self-leveling concrete to create a smooth, even surface. Once that’s complete, we’ll install the sound-dampening cork required in apartment buildings before laying down stunning 4’ x 2’ tile.

This project is the perfect example of how removing something that wasn’t being used completely changed how this bathroom feels and functions.
The original layout felt cramped and closed off, so by removing the unused shower, we were able to create a much more open and functional powder room for the homeowner.

Sometimes the best remodeling decisions aren’t adding more… they’re rethinking the space you already have. ✨
