Congratulations to Legat's Elizabeth “Eli” Morales for being accepted into Chicago Women In Architecture’s (CWA) 2026 Ladders to Leadership program. The six-month initiative helps women in architecture advance toward executive-level, equity-based positions within the built environment.

Eli, who joined our Oak Brook studio last October, is a licensed architect and a graduate of Iowa State University. She also served eight years in the Illinois and Iowa branches of the Army National Guard.
