Its giving Tuesday, and it's a pleasure to announce that we are donating a substantial portion of our services to assist in the rehabilitation of our 5th Waller Apartment rehabilitation (furthest to the left in the top photo). The unit will be converted from a 2 flat into a single family attached dwelling for rent. Frank Lloyd Wright designed what is one of the first affordable housing projects in Chicago for Edward Waller in 1894.
