Our client discovered an incredible vintage furniture piece that was simply too special to leave behind. Instead of buying something new, we’re giving it a second life by transforming it into a one-of-a-kind bathroom vanity for their Old Irving Park renovation this fall.

We love projects that tell a story, and this is exactly that. By preserving the character, craftsmanship, and history of this vintage find while adapting it for modern living, we’re creating a space that can’t be replicated—and that’s the beauty of thoughtful design.

Some projects are special before the first wall comes down. This January 2027, we’ll be starting an extraordinary high-rise kitchen transformation for an incredible repeat client — and we couldn’t be more honored to bring their next vision to life. 🤍

Perched above the beautiful Chicago skyline, this space will be completely reimagined from the studs up. We’ll be creating a sophisticated, elevated kitchen designed around luxury, functionality, and the art of everyday living.

We’re beyond excited to announce one of our newest projects—a complete gut renovation of a beautiful vintage Four Square home in Portage Park.

This isn’t just a remodel…it’s a full transformation.

Every inch of this home will be thoughtfully reimagined, from the interior layout to a brand-new addition, creating a space that honors the home’s rich history while embracing the way modern families live today.

This mid-Fall 2026, we’re kicking off another exciting transformation in Old Irving Park, and this one is going to be something truly special.

Our wonderful homeowner is an incredibly talented artist with a beautifully creative spirit, so we’re designing this project to be just as unique as she is. Together, we’ll be creating and building a brand-new second-floor bathroom from the ground up—blending functionality with artistry and filling the space with unexpected details, custom touches, and one-of-a-kind design elements.

From inspired tile selections and statement lighting to thoughtfully curated finishes, every decision will reflect her personality while creating a timeless space she’ll love for years to come.
