There is a negative review on my business page that suggest that I was given money for services that I never performed. This allegation is untrue. I was introduced to this person by a mutual friend. The property in question had been violated by the city (for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction) of which this property is located. There was a deposit placed. All relevant parties were contacted and hired for rectification of the issues and placed in a holding pattern pending the signing and submission of said documents to city. The owner of the property never attended any meeting for the purpose of signing the documents. The city requires the signature of the homeowner on the document for issuance of the permits. There were repeated attempts to get the documents signed, they never were. This review has remained on my page. I am not afraid of this issue, nor am I running from it. There are two sides to every story, and there is more to this one. There was a license and insurance for my business at the time of discussion, which refutes another of the allegations, and there is proof of that as well. I have chosen to address this negative review in the event that anyone may read it. Please reserve judgement of Double K Konstruction because of this review not knowing the details surrounding this review. To the person posting the review, tell the entire story, not just your version. Or I will. I have avoided delving into this because of the negative implications that could accommodate a response, I see now that it is necessary.

There is something to be said for or about my race of people. I have watched us rise and fall, and the true detriment to this entire scenario is the lack of unity and organization that some of us refuse commit to the rise. So therefore we fall. Time after time When I attend community meeting and different "so called organized events" I quite often witness the infighting and bickering amongst ourselves. This is a knock on my people, yes I said my people. But we have to remove ouselves from the crabs in a barrel syndrome. You are My people because I will never give up on you. But keep this in mind, you were given everything that you need to survive and become a success in this world by the father, if he didn't put limits on you, why would you choose to shackle yourself. WAKE UP. THE TIME HAS ALWAYS BEEN NOW.

Hello everyone. It's been a while since I wrote or posted on my page. Double "K" Konstruction is raising the stakes. I am currently in the process of starting a project with a very prominent and respected company. There will be 11 facilities that I will be entrusted to renovate. At the present I am the project manager for Julu enterprise. We are purchasing properties for the purpose of restoration and renovation. In three (3) weeks we will have an open house for our first acquisition which is a three bedroom, bath, large kitchen, large living and dining rooms. keep your eyes open for the upcoming photos and info. All three units have their own unique characteristics. Hope that everyone will stop by and view the rental property when the open house ccommences
