Maple Hardwood Floor restoration in Chicago
Frozen pipe burst caused floor buckling
We Deployed a commercial dehumidifier and space heater to reduce the moisture in the flooring. from 13.7% to 6.4% avoiding costly and disruptive floor refinishing cost
The moisture extraction took about 8 weeks and the flooring has been 95% restored. With remaining damage only noticeable to a water damage specialist.
