Great review from John... "Very pleased with the Great Lakes adjuster that handled the hail storm claim with my insurance company. Also very pleased with the Great Lakes crew that did the replacement of the shingles and related vents and pipes. They were very efficient, worked extremely hard and final clean up after completion of the job was exceptional. Only negative was leaving a message at the office checking on final payment from the insurance. Left message but never received a return call."
