Great review from Dan... "Great Lakes Adjusters made the process of handling the claim, dealing with the insurance company, etc., very easy. Quality of work was fine, workers were all great. Had some inexplicable delays in completing the chimney flashing, also getting phone calls returned at times (thus 4 vs 5 stars here), though office personnel very pleasant and helpful when contact could be made."
