The Raby Institute is officially complete!

Designed around a holistic approach to care, this new Chicago medical office brings together clinical functionality and a hospitality-inspired patient experience. Calm materials, soft lighting, restorative finishes, and thoughtful planning create an environment centered on comfort, privacy, and wellness from the moment patients arrive.

We’re proud to have helped bring the Raby Institute’s vision to life and to continue expanding our healthcare work through spaces that support both healing and connection.

After more than 50 years at the Merchandise Mart, KI’s move to Fulton Market marked more than a change of address.

Whitney helped transform the new 13,000-square-foot Inspiration Center into a working showroom, collaboration hub, and brand platform that brings KI Furniture, KI Wall, and Pallas Textiles together through one cohesive visitor experience.

The result is a space where clients and designers can explore products, materials, technology, and integrated solutions in real time, all within an environment that feels creative, flexible, and distinctly KI.

Ready to rethink what a showroom can be?

A better workplace creates a better workday. For Stout, their move wasn’t just about a new address. It was about making the office worth showing up for.

Whitney partnered with Stout to create a bright, modern workplace at The Bell built for focus, flexibility, and connection. The result: a headquarters roughly half the size of its previous footprint while retaining nearly 80 percent of its seating capacity.

Free address workstations, focus rooms, huddle spaces, and a centrally located work café give employees a range of settings for how they work throughout the day. Combined with The Bell’s top-tier amenities and overall experience, the new headquarters becomes a destination that adds real value to in-person work.

New space, new energy for Econic Partners.

Whitney designed Econic’s first physical office in Chicago as a welcoming home base for a previously remote team, supporting connection, collaboration, focused work, and future growth.

Drawing inspiration from Chicago’s skyline and Lake Michigan, the workplace pairs warm materials, soft curves, and a grounded palette with private offices, meeting spaces, wellness rooms, collaboration zones, and a vibrant work café.

Proud to have partnered with Econic Partners and the full project team to bring this space to life.

Great energy, even better cause. 🏓

We had a blast participating with in .il 9th Annual SMASH Charity Ping Pong Tournament in Chicago last week. While we didn’t take home the win, it was a great night connecting with the industry and supporting something bigger.

This year, a record-breaking $35,000 was donated to charities on behalf of the winning teams, making the impact even more meaningful.

Grateful to be part of it and already looking forward to next year.
