Happy Team Thursday! We’re proud to highlight our Team in Action on the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel Flooring Base Project in Chicago.

As part of this exciting project, our team is installing the floor base in the Hyatt Hotel lobby areas of the South Tower and North Tower, contributing to an important phase of work within the space.

Happy Team Thursday! We’re proud to highlight our Team in Action on the Chicago Transit Authority Red Line Extension Project in Chicago, in partnership with The Walsh Group.

Despite winter conditions on the ground, our team continues making strong progress installing temporary chain link fencing and gates for construction access along the corridor from S. Front Ave to N. 104th St. This work helps secure and protect areas near the railway as the project advances.

In honor of , we’re sharing a look back at where the story of A&W Contractors began.

Our President, Ms. Adrian Mobley, founded Air & Wellness Safety Training Company alongside her daughters, Ms. Adrena Lee, our Operations Manager, and Ms. Andrea McMiller, our Safety Manager and Field Operations Lead, with a strong commitment to opening doors in the construction industry and creating meaningful job opportunities for our people who have historically faced barriers to entering the workforce. That mission continues to guide the work we do today.

Together, their leadership reflects the values our company was built on and the impact we continue to make in the communities we serve.

Former respiratory therapist Adrian Mobley founded the company in 2014 and has since expanded the business into general contracting, flooring and joint sealant work, while still offering respiratory health services.

Thank you to Michael Bempah, and his team from the Pinpoint Scholars Foundation, and Fletcher J. Holmes Jr. of Iron Workers Local #63 for celebrating with us. Grateful for the time together and carrying that energy into 2026! 🥳

Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a leader whose work demanded justice, dignity, and real change for our communities. His leadership challenged systems and opened opportunities for generations to come.
