You would assist and/or lead with the installation and repair in a variety of commercial and industrial (non residential) custom built loading dock equipment (Restraints, shelters, pads, levelers, automations) doors (Rolling steel, high speed and fire) and access controls (operators, safety accessories, cards).

Responsibilities:
- Assist and/or lead with the installation and repair of loading dock equipment, commercial/industrial doors, and access controls.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Track all equipment and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, millwright, construction or other related fields.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload and work at some heights.
- Ability to work well in teams and independently.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Good customer service skills are required.
- Pre-employment drug test, clean driving record, and background check is required.

Chickasaw Police apprehended the suspect. All we know at this time. He also push/pulling on gate across the street and tried squeezing through. Asked for money then cursed at employees while they were leaving. He came back when everyone left.
