Had the pleasure of building a large composite deck for a client in a high fire risk zone. ⚒️📐🦺🚧💥

We started by doing a complete demo of an approximately 800sq ft deck including the awning and rails 🚧⚒️

Then our crew rebuilt a new one from scratch from the ground up.😃
-Blue print, material list and product delivery 💥

- removal of over three old dozen tires
- removal of over two dozen old propane tanks
- removal of over two dozen wooden pallets
- removal of over two dozen railroad ties
- removal of over two dozen old bike frames

- demolition of multi unit shed
- demolition of fiber glass greenhouse
- demolition of old chicken coop

Another one for the books!!!!
This trash out/ clean up had so many layers.
Once an illegal pot grow, on a scale I've never seen before.
Toxic chemical residue on all the floors , walls , blinds , and windows .
The the entire house and two detached garages were filled to the ceiling with heavy and hazardous trash out material as shown.
We disassembled and removed all the electrical systems and feeding systems one by one.
We removed multiple 40 yard bins of garbage.
We demoed and removed the 40*40 steel building
We removed 3000 plus sqf of soiled vinyl flooring .

Trust us to do the work ! We get it done!
The dirtier the better 😃

It was Down right filthy!!!
We got it done🎊 . Gave this place a face lift and boy did it deserve one. Had been run down by years of hoarding .
