Never seems to be enough room in a truck for EVERYTHING! Complete ducting job today, and a rooftop curb/ducting install. We are exhausted but feeling accomplished by the end result. Hopefully lock down a crane for next Saturday to wrap this 2 system upgrade to completion. Get a hold of me today. Whether it be a complete system, A/C only (before the refrigerant change happens), furnace only, air quality (UV light, air scrubber, Plasma Pure), or smart thermostat installation. Or a simple tune-up/maintenance of your current heating system, filter and full report provided on systems performance.

Mini split install! 3 indoor head units. 3 ton cooling/heating capacity (heat pump). Outdoor condenser will be hung on the wall, final copper connections, communication wire, and high voltage connection next week. These jobs take little time. Add heating and cooling literally to any conditioned space with these mini split systems. Single head applications and multi head applications. Wall mounts such as these, cassette mount (ceiling), low mount (picture frame style), and ducted applications are available.

Get ahold of me today if you’re considering a mini split for a room, garage, anything really. These units are really efficient, and you can barely hear them run. Comes in a heat pump model so you have heat and cook at the touch of a remote or hard wired thermostat.

Mini splits! The filters prevent large particles. That is it. These systems plug up faster than other systems simply because of the filters, or lack there of. Wash them regularly! If yours is a bit more dirty and lacking performance, I can deep clean the indoor unit(s). No mess either with the cleaning system. All the yuck is caught by a bag and funneled into a bucket. This type of cleaning improves air flow, performance, and longevity of the system. I can also install a UV light in the indoor head(s) if someone in your home suffers from allergies!

2 in 1 day! This last one was out in the country area surrounded by orchards. That orchard dust is extremely fine and finds it way past the filter and onto your evaporator coil. Once wet it turns to mud and starts plugging the air passages. A quick brush down, chemical cleaning, hose out, and Biocide treatment and this customer was back and operating much better than before!
