Did I ever shout out that 📣📣 CALEB IS ENGAGED??!!! 📣📣 Caleb is our youngest crew member. Also, one of the various family members in this company but more importantly ENGAGED! To be fair, he has been engaged for a while I just hadn't mentioned it... yet. Congrats to Caleb and Kylah!!!

Slab leak. The complaint is usually, "we can hear water!" Step One: Send Captain Tony to investigate and tell us weather this is a plumber job or a crew job. After the leak is pinpointed, we have various methods of doing so, we Ro-Sham-Bo over who does the work! JK big jobs are Billy's problem 8 times out of 10. Big meaning it takes more than 4 hours to complete. This particular leak was found under the concrete beneath a cabinet in the kitchen. The guys removed the cabinet, jackhammered up the floor, cut out the leaking pipe, and replaced it with new pipe and/or fittings. Then after it's all fixed and tested they leave Concrete Kyle there to do all the finish work. 💪

More pictures from the crew. Thank you, Kyle!!! Next time I would like people in the pictures. After you get people, let's get smiling people and have those smiling people do some poses! Never good enough, we have to give the people what they want!!! 🤣
This is a city sewer connection which is often a two-day job for a crew of at least 3. The few snapshots we show aren't really a good representation of how much work is involved. This is a typical switch from a septic tank over to city sewer. The pipes are all turned the proper direction and trenched over to the sewer lateral (access point). Cleanouts are also installed for any potential future clogs/repair access and the old septic tank is abandoned by filling it up with concrete or gravel or a mix. Check out that after picture they did such a fantastic job! The landscaping is basically undisturbed
We also give free estimates if you think, or know, that you need to switch over to city sewer we are definitely the best and also, VERY LIKELY, the cheapest option. Or you can call in and talk about our LR3 option we can reline your old main line and give it a brand new life.

Kyle from the crew kindly shared some photos with me. Although even when I get what I want I'm reminded how gross their job is at times. These are pictures of a night project the guys did in a commercial kitchen. They had to wait until it was closed down for the evening to start up on it.
The call was for a constantly backing up floor drain and a persistent smell. Looking at the pictures I'm sure it did smell! These pictures are a perfect example of what grease does to a line.
The drain line has been repiped now, it is as good as new, and the client is very happy with their work. If you have a random smell or a constant clog. You know who to call... Ghostbusters, obviously but if they are busy, we should be your very second call!

Today might be World Kindness Day, but that isn't going to stop me from asking the guys.... How many hours they think they have spent with their faces this close to a toilet drain 🤣🤣
His face is right where the base of the toilet was! Remove toilet, insert face (I find this more amusing than the guys do.) In this instance the toilet was installed incorrectly in a multitude of ways. After discussing options with the client, he spent a few hours laying on her bathroom floor in an attempt to make it better. He was successful but not thrilled about the situation.
Answer to question:
On average hours per year.
Jesse: 96 hours
Zach: 200 hours (4 hours per week)
🤢🤮🤑

Today, take a pause, Veterans Day is a time to honor the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country.

Remember the freedoms we enjoy because of them — thank you to all who have served.

In need of images for socials! That is my constant complaint with these boys. So, I decided fine, I know where most of them are. I will just roll up to the job site and do it myself. Take a few photos, make them pose for me, write a quick blurb, easy. Somehow, I found myself goat-roped into helping clear a mainline. It was supposed to be just a fun little job where I go by, and watch Jesse dig a hole and talk about pipe repairs. It ended with me in work gloves! He did not want the pictures shown because, "the job did not go well" but where is the fun in that. These pictures are of a sewer mainline that was so clogged we (that is a royal "we") had to dig up the line and cut it open so we could snake it properly and even then, ran into additional problems further down the line out in the street! He even had to call Zach over for help, it's a party!
We are out here working for the people! No matter how many innocent office girls we have to involve, or coworkers need to be called. Anything for our clients!

I still don't have any of my own pictures of our machine or our machine in process. The best laid plans, let me tell you 🤣🤣. However, our crew has already completed their first job with this machine and already have more lined up. We have had several clients who desperately need fancy fixes, but the repair is not cost effective for a variety of reasons, could be depth could be out in the street soil conditions traffic etc. This light ray machine the LR3 is bringing these conversations back to the table. It's a little 3-minute video interesting to some and not to others it's okay. This is what the crew has been up to, and I promise I will try to get some good pictures soon!

The LightRay LR3 LED UV system is an advanced UV cast-in-place pipe technology, allowing complete operator control of the casting process. Our patent-pending...

I'm still waiting for nice pictures of our new machine. The big boss is so excited to shout about it from the rooftops. It truly is going to make things cheaper and easier for our customers. But, while we wait for photos there is still plenty of happenings around the shop family.
Baby Plumber Jesse JUST closed on his first house 🥂🎉🎉🎊🍻🥳 He and his wife have been searching for a very long time, and we as a company are thrilled for them!! I on a personal level am thrilled because that mortgage hanging over his head is going to make him hungry for work. As his scheduler him seeking me out for work instead of having to track him down will make my job so much easier!!! Look out Jesse, as the older plumbers i'm sure have told you, I ALWAYS have more work 🤣
If anybody needs any plumbing work done call us up! You can hand pick your plumber and Jesse, for one, will be elated to come help out!

I’m about a week late to the party (because of course I am), but our very own Crew Boss, Billy, just celebrated his second wedding anniversary! Big congrats to him and his wife — I honestly don’t know how she handles the amount of dirt that comes home with him every day.

Nine out of ten pictures I have of Billy, he’s neck-deep in some hole. He’s very much a manager (i.e. lots of phone calls and paperwork), and I’m pretty sure he has people for that — but he just can’t help himself. That’s the kind of leader he is: all in, every time.

We’re a family company, so we celebrate things like this even if the guys don't always want me to 😉

I didn’t get an updated picture of his son, but take a look at his wife — proof that hard work pays off! Maybe it’s true what they say: plumbers tend to marry up. 🤔😄 Food for thought.

When you hire us, you’re not just getting a plumbing company — you’re getting a team that treats each other (and our customers) like family. Billy’s crew takes on the big, fancy, forever fixes, and we’ve got a new machine coming soon that’s going to make their work even better. Stay tuned!

Happy Halloween, have a spooktacular day. We are still open, call us if you need anything fixed!
