For Women's History Month, we highlight female team members from Sunbelt Rentals who are making a difference in the company and the industry. Meet Jacqueline Williams, Territory Trainer.

"Female leaders advocate for diversity and inclusion because we all bring unique benefits to the table," she said. "They know and exercise the differences between leadership and management, including raising successors."

Jacqueline says women looking to enter the industry should be brave and bold.

"Know your product and know your worth," she says. "Show up on a jobsite and deliver the level of product knowledge that eliminates a hazard or hurdle and truly saves the day when no one expected it of you."

She thanks the women who came before her that smashed stereotypes and defied the gender bias around them.

"They blazed trails not just for the sisters coming behind them but for us all, she said. "Work harder and reach back to bring up the next woman in line."
