Just completed this roof replacement located in Waterford. Removed the existing shingles and felt replaced 11 sheets of osb decking installed a synthetic underlayment & 50 year GAF shingles. We will provide the homeowner with a 10 year leak/ labor warranty!

Upgrade this home to a synthetic underlayment and architectural shingle’s. Removed and replaced all rotted decking from the previous roof install where they nailed 2x4 boards on top of the shingles to stand on and wasn’t properly sealed. We always use ropes and harnesses we never nail 2x4 to work off of. Call for free estimate and roof inspections 205-704-5475
