Here is a house I have been working on. It’s a block home that we installed interior studs and framing so it made the windows pretty deep. Had to use a little imagination and the turned out great. If you need some help on any of your window projects, give me a holler.

Bathrooms can become a disarray at times and ventilation can be part of the problem. Here is an example of what that can be like. We went in completely removed the ceiling and old insulation. Properly rerouted the vent, new ceiling, insulation, sealed, painted and a new walk in shower.

It’s getting Hot out this time of year and these folks were looking for some shade and outdoor relaxing and we were glad to help. You can almost smell the smoker ( BBQ ) from the pic.

A little project that we’ve been working on. Demoed this deck down to the main crooked frame. Lol New decking, hand rails and steps. Also replaced the rear entry door and window on the left.

We got this bathroom knocked out and another Happy Client taken care of. A few set backs due to the age of the house but all is well and they will be happy for many years.

We went in to this job with a weak floor not really knowing what it would entail. Well it was a mess. Nothing we haven’t handle before. Tear out was pretty messy. Added new floor joist and sub floor. We got them back in a shower and toilet ( most importantly ) will be back to finish up at the beginning of the week.

Last week we punched out the framing in an older block home. We studded the walls getting them ready for services to come in. The house will be much more comfortable with new insulated walls. This week we will be laying out and ordering all new fixtures in the bathroom.
