We are seeking a Plumbing Foreman to join our team! The selected individual will install and
repair water supply lines and drainage systems.

Responsibilities:
• Must be detail-oriented, have a positive attitude, and be able to work as part of a team
• Perform complex calculations and planning for unique or particularly large jobs
• Assemble and install plumbing systems
• Trains and develops everyone assigned to the project, to improve their individual and
collective work quality, productivity and safety
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
• Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
• Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Overseeing plumbers, laborers, and apprentices daily on the project assigned to you and
assigning work accordingly
• Communicate appropriately all issues on the project with Project Manager
• Schedule work on assigned projects in sequential steps and within time limits to meet
deadlines
• Supervise complex tasks such as the cutting of openings in structures to accommodate
pipes and pipe fittings, using hand and power tools

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years previous experience in plumbing field.
• Minimum 3 years previous experience as foreman.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job requirements and qualifications:
*Valid drivers license with clean driving record
**Great work ethic
*Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift at least 80lbs.
**Good communication with customers and coworkers.
*Working knowledge of plumbing trade and operating heavy machinery preferred but will train the right candidate
**Ability to work independently or as an active member of team with HIGH degree of accountability
*Critical thinking and problem solving skills
After 1 year employment we offer paid major US holidays and you begin accruing paid time off.
Pay range $15.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
