Didn’t capture before photos on this one, but we corrected the grading on this customer’s yard to resolve a drainage issue that was allowing water to collect near the foundation. We removed the high spots and recontoured the yard to ensure proper slope, directing water safely away from the home and helping prevent future basement moisture problems

We addressed significant drainage issues by excavating and deepening existing ditches, installing D-rock to improve water flow, and replacing a deteriorated culvert with a new system. A surface drain was also added to effectively manage runoff from the driveway, and the area was restored using asphalt cold patch.

Previous culvert failure had caused structural damage to the driveway, including cracking and material loss, which we repaired as part of the project. We also cleared brush and removed dead trees along the hillside to improve overall site conditions.
