Summary:
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our lawn care business by providing high-quality maintenance and landscaping services to our valued customers. Your work will contribute to the overall success of our business and help us achieve our goals outlined in our lawn care business plan. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who is passionate about creating beautiful landscapes and delivering exceptional customer service.

They should have a strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for lawn care and landscaping. We value individuals who are proactive, reliable, and have excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers is also highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Complete multiple daily lawn maintenance and landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and w**d control.
• Operate and maintain various lawn care equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and providing expert advice on lawn care maintenance and improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of tasks.
• Keep accurate records of services provided, materials used, and work performed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while operating equipment and handling chemicals.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of lawn care or groundskeeping experience
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Able to repeatedly lift and move 50+ pounds
• Able to sit, stand, kneel, and lift
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Self-starter who can manage time effectively
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Can work independently and as part of a team environment
• Experience using lawn care equipment preferred (e.g., mowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, w**d eaters)
