Estamos en búsqueda de profesionales con experiencia en el manejo de piedras naturales como granito, piedra caliza (limestone) y mármol, así como materiales sintéticos como porcelana, Dekton y otros. **Requisitos principales**:
- Conocimiento en **pegado, terminado y detallado** de trabajos tras ser maquinados en talleres con herramientas especializadas de agua.
- Manejo de **piedras naturales** (granito, limestone, mármol) y **sintéticas** (porcelana, Dekton, entre otros).
- Experiencia en **pulido de interiores de hoyos para sinks** y **pegado en 45°** para islas en estilo **waterfall**.
- **Habilidad para manejar forklifts y succión caps** para mover piezas grandes de piedra con seguridad y precisión.
- **Documentación legal** para trabajar en el país.
- Dominio de **inglés**, español o italiano.
- Habilidad para **instalar productos** con precisión y profesionalismo.
- Contar con transporte propio (**camioneta**) y herramientas necesarias será un plus.

**Horario**:
- Jornada laboral de **8 horas**.
- Horario de entrada: **7:30 AM**.

**Workshop Manager – Anaheim, CA**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Workshop Manager** to lead the manufacturing of **natural stone, marble, granite, and engineered stones**, including countertops. This workshop spans **3,500 square feet** and operates under strict safety and quality standards, exclusively using **water-based tools and equipment**, including specialized machinery like the **YUKON unique cutter**, ensuring compliance with **OSHA regulations**.

Additionally, you’ll have the chance to work on projects for your own clients. With mutual agreement, you may use the workshop’s resources to develop these personal assignments, contributing to the company’s success while growing your own opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Personnel Management:**
- Hire, train, and supervise workshop staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and monitor staff performance.

2. **Production and Operations:**
- Plan and organize workshop activities to meet deadlines and goals.
- Oversee the exclusive use of **water-based tools** and the **YUKON cutter** to ensure quality and safety.

3. **Project Management:**
- Ensure efficiency in assigned projects.
- Facilitate the development of personal client projects under mutual agreement with management.
- Report progress and needs to administrators.

4. **Compliance and Safety:**
- Ensure all operations comply with current legal, labor, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace following **OSHA regulations**.

5. **Resource Management:**
- Manage inventories and request necessary materials.
- Optimize resources to ensure profitability.

6. **Reporting and Communication:**
- Submit regular reports on production, inventory, and achievements.
- Maintain constant communication with management.

**Requirements:**
- Legal residence and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proven experience as a workshop manager or supervisor in manufacturing.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of machinery and manufacturing processes, particularly in the use of water-based tools and specialized cutters like YUKON.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

**We Offer:**
