Johnson Roofing Solutions is looking for two experienced Roofing Repair Technicians to join our team.

We are looking for someone with hands-on roofing experience who is comfortable completing a variety of residential roof repairs. This position requires someone who can troubleshoot problems, determine the source of leaks or damage, and complete repairs correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks
- Perform shingle and metal roof repairs
- Inspect roofs and troubleshoot problem areas
- Complete general roofing service and repair calls
- Identify the source of leaks and other roofing issues
- Communicate repair findings clearly to the office/team
- Take photos and properly document work performed
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow company safety procedures and roofing best practices

Qualifications:
- Previous roofing experience required
- Roofing repair and troubleshooting experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with both shingle and metal roofing
- Ability to identify leaks, damage, and other roofing issues
- Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of roofing work

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can think through a problem instead of simply covering it up, and understands the importance of completing repairs the right way.
