We’ve been working on a large project for a valued customer and are excited to share the finished product with you.🤩

The before and after is truly astonishing and we are so happy with the way it turned out. Scroll to the end to see the before photos.

Everything was hand selected by the homeowner and we did our best to make her vision of a modernized Farmhouse come to life. 🧼✨

Each photo will have a summary of the work involved for every aspect of the project. The bedroom layout was left the same, but the entire bathroom layout was gutted and updated. The layout of the closet remains unchanged, but built-ins were added to enhance the functionality. In every room, the ceiling was scraped along with new paint, floor covering, fixtures, and trim.

Recently, we wrapped up a big repair and flooring project. The home’s subfloor was rotted out in various spots because there was no moisture barrier under the crawlspace. Without that protection, moisture creeps up from the ground and causes serious (and costly) damage over time.

✅ We repaired the subfloor
