Maintaining Huffcut Concrete products is easy and quick! Dirt and grim comes off easily with a hose. The doors and frames of our buildings are made of steel so that they stand solid for years to come. We don't use wood for flooring, walls, or roofing, which ensures that your structure won't decay over time.

This building is certainly a one of a kind building. What makes it special? This building is a fully insulated modular building, which is designed to be used year round. The building consists of 7 modular sections. Four of them are designed for restroom and shower usage and the other three are storage and host all the mechanical equipment for the building. Even though Huffcutt is done with their scope of work, the GC still has a lot of work to complete this building.

When the project is completed, the building will be powered by solar and the HVAC will be ran by a Geothermal unit that is hooked up to wifi, giving the owner the ability to monitor the system remotely. Which is critical with year round use buildings like this one. Year round buildings can be hard to accommodate in a modular building format, but the owner was willing to spend the additional funds ensuring that it is done properly.

It's always nice to get out see see past projects a couple years after they have been in use. This building was set in 2024 and is still in great shape. With the building being precast concrete, the easy maintenance has been critical to the success of this building.

Last week, Huffcutt had the pleasure of setting this five piece modular building for a school. It features 2 storage modules, a concession stand module and men's and women's bathrooms. Total onsite time from setting to final paint touch ups was only two days for this building. Talk about turnkey!

For Huffcutt, the first big push of the year for our customers is trying to install their buildings before Memorial Day. We were able to do just that with these vaults toilet.

Just like that we are back into the setting season. This customer has been fundraising for years to put this building in. We are so grateful to have been apart of this process from start to finish. Great communication and coordination had the building set in just under two hours. This building will serve their community well for many years to come.
