Landscape Laborer / New Construction

This is a Full time position. Pay rate $15-$25/Hour depending on experience and training. PTO/Sick time

Expectations and duties:

* Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, trees, bushes, etc.
* Perform routine maintenance duties.
* Sweep/blow walkway of debris.
* Trim shrubs and trees per work orders.
* Mulch, edge, rake and prune grounds as needed.
* Install mulch, gravel, patios, walkways and much more.
* Cell phone at all times to communicate with reporting personnel.
* Valid driver’s license and able to drive truck/trailer safely to and from job-sites and follow work orders.
* Operate machinery safely.
* Perform minor repairs and maintenance orders on equipment.
* Physical demands: required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs or more.
* (Not a must but a preferred) hang Christmas lights and safely climb on roofs.
* Follow work orders and landscape drawings/prints for installations.

Lawn Maintenance Technician

This is a full time Position. Pay rate is $18-$27/hour depending on training and work experience.

Expectations and duties:

* Mow lawn at commercial properties / residential houses.
* Trim and edge around walks and walls/fences
* Blow off all hard surfaces of debris
* Perform routine maintenance duties
* Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment

-Must operate machinery safely.
* Lawn mowers
* Weedwackers
* Blowers
* Complete daily schedule in a timely yet effective manor.
* Must have a cellphone to communicate with reporting personnel.
* Clean driving record with ability to drive a truck and trailer.
* Perform other landscape duties if/when needed.
