A customer came to us with sewage backing up into their master bathroom shower and toilet, all drains in the home running slowly, and a broken tub drain under the guest bathroom. Our technician first attempted to auger the roof drains and both toilet drains, but the issue ran deeper than a simple clog.
After further inspection, it was clear the drain lines throughout the crawl space needed to be fully replaced.
Roto-Rooter cut out and removed the existing PVC sewer and drain lines throughout the crawl space and replaced the entire drain system serving 2 toilets, 2 bathroom sinks, 2 tubs, 1 kitchen sink, 1 washing machine, and 1 dishwasher — all with new PVC piping. Every line was properly sloped, secured at the correct grade, and reconnected to the existing sewer line exiting the home. All connections were inspected and confirmed secure before the job was closed out.
