Parade of Homes 2026 update. The house is tape and textured. Trim carpentry starts Monday. Pole barn is 90%.  it’s gonna be tight to make the parade. 😬😬

Asphalt is down. Berm is almost done. Property pins are set. Hoping to have all construction work done in the next two weeks. Should have sellable lots by late June.

We try really hard to give back to the community. In the form of labor, money, sponsorships, and scholarships. We were super fortunate to be able to sponsor the Memorial Day weekend rodeo. I am so glad to have a Pro rodeo back in town. I think this will just get bigger and bigger. I personally have missed the rodeo for years. Having events like this come to town gives all of us local people something to do that is fun and affordable. So much better than driving to another city and supporting their events. Quick update on the parade house. Sheet rock is hung. Poll barn is framed. Approximately 50% complete with less than three months to be done. 😬😬😬😳😳😳🤔🤔 Spring Creek Homes, what can we build for you?

We do not do very many remodels.  What can I say. If the wife says you need to do it, you just do it. In just about three weeks time it went from overused, dated, and enclosed; to open, spacious, and modern. It’s amazing what you can do an area of your home with some time, innovation, effort, and money. I have to give a special shout out to all of my subcontractors and suppliers for helping us get this done. Spring Creek Homes. What can we build for you?
