Continue with some buyer education. The more you know when you go to build your home the better the build process will go. Make sure you hire a good general contractor. The more you know. This is called the zip system. The sheeting has a coating on it that has a 30 year limited warranty. Then you seam tape all of the joints with their specialty sticky tape. Basically helps with waterproofing of the house.  it is a little bit more money. But I truly think it is the better way to go instead of house wrap.
